Southwestern Resort was a candle I created during a phase when I got serious about Yoga. I wanted an aroma that made me feel like I was in a yoga studio inside of a resort. Something that had a woodsy background with calming 'zen' top notes. A candle that would make me feel like I might be getting ready to receive a nice massage or spa treatment after my Yoga session.
I loved the end result, it was perfect for what I was intending to use it for. Then one day I realized I enjoyed it more when I used it in combination with one of 3 other candles; Lavender, Rose Tree Festival, and Sonoran Desert. On days I was working more in the heart chakra, I also lit a Lavender candle. On days I was working more in the crown chakra, I used it in combination with the Rose Tree Festival candle. On days I wanted to feel more grounded, I used it with Sonoran Desert.
