HOW IT WORKS

Submit the custom order form request below with details of your ideas. We will build your quote and send your pricing.
Approve Design
You will approve all the details of your order before production begins, and make any necessary adjustments.
Production
Once everything is approved, your order goes into production. Please allow 2-5 business days for processing.
Delivery
Your completed order can be shipped or prepared for local delivery/pickup.
PRICING
Every custom order is a little different. Pricing depends on: Candle size, Quantity, Fragrance, Vessel, Label, Customization, Packaging, Special Materials, and Shipping. Bulk quantities may qualify for discounted pricing.
MINIMUM ORDER
Custom labeled and personalized candle orders require a minimum quantity of 6 candles. Larger quantities may qualify for volume pricing.
TURN AROUND TIME
Please plan ahead. Custom orders require additional production and design time. Most orders should be placed at least 2–4 weeks in advance, with additional time recommended for larger quantities, specialty materials, or holiday orders. Rush orders may not always be available.
CUSTOM ORDER REQUEST
Custom Order Policies
Custom orders are not considered confirmed until pricing, details, and required payment have been approved. Custom and personalized items may not be returned or exchanged unless there is an error or defect with the order. Colors, labels, fragrance availability, vessels, and packaging are subject to availability. Design proofs must be approved before production. Production timelines begin after final approval and required payment are received.
