Please allow up to 3 business days to process your order. Our wax melts at 140 degrees, and a hot mailbox could jeopardize the quality of your product during summer months.
--- URGENT SHIPPING NOTICE | USPS Delays & Covid-19 ---
URGENT NOTICE: Some of our customers have experienced shipping delays due to regional mail centers and the apparent "lack of staffing" as noted by the USPS. Unfortunately, these delays are out of the control of Wild West Candle Co., but we are keeping a close eye on shipping statuses throughout the country.
LOST PACKAGES / DELAYED DELIVERY: USPS has updated their policies on filing a claim for a lost package. Currently, we must wait 15 days from the date of shipment to file a claim for a lost package. If you have not received your package, please contact us via email and we will do our best to investigate. We do not offer refunds on lost packages mailed First Class, therefore, we strongly recommend selecting priority shipping to quickly expedite your claim.
