What is the shelf life on Fermented Skincare?
All products are made-to-order.
Bath Salt: Indefinite
Goat's Milk Soap: 10 Years
Massage Lotion: 2 Years
Massage Oil: 1 Year
Scrubs: 6 Months (Fridge Storage)
How will I know what my custom order will look like?
After you submit a custom order request, you will receive a confirmation email within 48 business hours that will include basic photo blueprints of your design(s), and an invoice. Contact us directly to modify your design, and pay to confirm.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Generally, it takes approximately 5-7 business days to process wholesale orders for fermented skincare products. If you are devleoping your own line of fermented skincare products, it takes approximately 6-12 weeks to process orders once we receive the ingredients.
How do I earn loyalty points?

What is the Return Policy?
Please contact us directly if your order is lost or damaged in transit. We require photos of all damaged products and packaging for account adjustments. We do not accept returns on wholesale orders.
What if I can't find the fragrance or botanicals I am looking for?
Just ask! We are happy to find out if your request is available.
Do fermented skincare products smell like wine?
Scented fermented skincare products do NOT smell like wine. Unscented products range from mild to strong Syrah aromas. Unscented massage oils and scrubs can be used for wine aromatherapy purposes.
